EDUCATOR. coach. WRITER.
SPEAKER TEDx TALK.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY STORY...
I started Ubuntu Network, a collaborative ecosystem of people and organizations focused on the development of the SELFtrepreneurship. I’m a human being dedicated to inspiring myself and all those around me to express our humanities.
I’m Vivi and Gabi’s father, partner of Hallos Inteligência Racional and member of PoP - Clowns at People’s Service. I act as an EDUcator, facilitator, coach, speaker, entrepreneur, writer, and clown through initiatives that involve self-awareness, innovation in business, technology, and marketing.
I have more than 10 years of experience in large multinationals, such as Unilever, Philip Morris, Whirlpool, and Johnson & Johnson, where I built my career, reaching the position of Marketing Director for Latin America. Before founding Ubuntu, I worked as Director of the Amana-Key Group, headed by Oscar Motomura.
I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and I have an MBA from Babson College, the #1 in Entrepreneurship in the United States. Furthermore, I took several specialization courses on marketing, coaching, and leadership.
Every Tuesday at 8 a.m. (Brazil Time), I promote Café com Edu, a digital meeting broadcasted via Facebook Live, talking about reflections on my SELFtrepreneur journey and current topics, while interacting with my followers.
A little bit more about my story, career journey, and the bases of Ubuntu Network are described in the book “As Raízes do EUprendedorismo” (”The Roots of SELFtrepreneurship”), which I wrote in 2015.
