WHAT IS IT?
The coaching process is the opportunity I have to help another human being in a learning process. Normally, I offer support in the reflection on life purpose and paths to follow, as well as competence development.
This closer work between you, coachee, and me, coach, generates more quickly and clearly the discovery and development of the purpose and the paths to follow to achieve the purpose.
It is a process that has two main advantages. First, as in any individual process, I am, as coach, 100% focused on your development topic. Furthermore, the beginning of the coaching process occurs at any time of the year and depends solely on the availability in our agendas.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
As the basic methodology, I apply our PURPOSE Model. Since 2009 I have helped thousands of people. In this period I participated in three coaching certification programs: ACP - Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network, ICC - Integral Coaching Canada, and ICC - Integrated Coaching Institute. All recognized by the Brazilian and International Coaching Federations.
It’s a process with a well-defined beginning, development, and end, with 10 one-and-a-half-hour sessions on a specific topic raised by the coachee. These sessions occur, in general, in a face-to-face way, but they can also be carried out virtually, specially with individuals that live outside Brazil. I currently have coaches from around the globe in the different continents.

As an executive, coaching was fundamental in several times in my career. It is excellent as a self-awareness process, critical at certain times when I needed to work relationships with peers, direct reports, and bosses and, above all, fundamental to work my life purpose and the connection of my day-to-day with this greater mission.
