Team Building is a building and development process of the team based on UBUNTU’s essence regarding collaboration, relationship, and interdependence, so that they function in a more effective and true way in order to achieve goals.

Since 2009 I have been building teams in the most diverse areas: marketing, commercial, legal, engineering, operations, and human resources.

During this period, I developed programs in countless organizations, such as Natura, Janssen, Sanofi, Klabin, Kimberly Clark, Danone, among other national and multinational companies.

UBUNTU NETWORK OF LEARNING   

A program to reflect on your life purpose (talents and values) and define ways to entrepreneur it. It’s what I call SELFtrepreneurship. The purpose of the program is to put an end to the waste of talents and meaningless work disconnected from who we are, through clarity of purpose (or a new “North”) and, consequently, possibilities and paths to follow in that direction. This clarity is reflected in the professional and personal scope, reconnecting each one with their essence and giving more clarity and meaning to life.

YOUNG TALENTS PROGRAM - NATURA SEMEAR

For 5 years I was responsible for the development of hundreds of apprentices (15 to 19 years old) in Natura. In addition to technical training, already included in the learning law, Natura offered, through the Ubuntu Network ecosystem, training in SELFtrepreneurship. They offered modules of purpose reflection, definition of professional paths, collaboration and resilience throughout the months of the Program, and caused a significant impact on the lives of these young people. As Natura put it, “more than a technical formation, we want to prepare them for life.”
