PAYING ATTENTION TO THE PROCESS in order to achieve a goal brings a lot of learnings, especially if you don't focus only on the results. The first step is TO TRUST the FLOW, as I highlight in this EDU'S TALKS, recorded in Mexico, where I participate in the FIRST UBUNTU LEADERS ACADEMY (ALU) of this country. In the video, I show how ALU itself – a very important dream for ME – IS AN EXAMPLE OF THIS INCREDIBLE PROCESS.
